The Quest for Healing

Do we truly need to heal every aspect of our lives? Can we perceive healing not merely as a means to mend past wounds but as a vital part of our evolution? Is it possible for our past and future to coexist? If so, might one inadvertently focus on the past while striving toward the future?

Is the process of healing or cultivating resilience more daunting? What are the distinctions between these concepts, if any? It's a question that leaves many of us pondering, and the answers vary widely based on individual perspectives. Do we yearn for closure in our lives, or is it something we can forgo?

The Impact of Healing

Would healing transform us? If it does, even positively, would you embrace becoming a different version of yourself? There are no definitive answers in this realm; rather, it dwells in shades of gray. My dialogue with David left us both somewhat perplexed, ensnared in a web of diverse scenarios and their nuances.

The Innocence of Youth

Pure,

Innocent,

Fragile,

He is a boy.

The lovely little one

With sparkling azure eyes

Navigates this urban jungle,

Uncertain.

What brings him here?

A vulnerable soul,

Why must he be here?

Reaching out into my realm,

Source of love,

Source of light,

Let there be illumination,

Let there be brightness

Radiating upon his heart.

Aid him.

Aid me.

Aid you.

He has already departed,

Left with the past.

No need to mend him.

Why do we matter to him?

He possesses the strength to endure,

To learn,

To shape his journey,

Arriving at this moment with resilience.

Naturally guide yourself

Through all movements,

The scenes of the unfamiliar,

The playful trials,

Advance forward

As if you are a traveler on a voyage

Called life.

Why seek healing,

If one can achieve the above?

Cycles of Life

There are cycles to triumph over,

To break free from.

Thus, the future will radiate light.

Light cannot exist without darkness.

The demise of one chapter

Will herald the emergence of another.

Such is the essence of existence.

The four seasons play on, ceaselessly.

Closure is not an end,

A remedy.

Wounds may not ache,

Embrace all shades of resentment;

Do not hesitate to hold them close.

Growth stems from adversity.

Learn from these seeds,

Allow them to guide you

Towards positive outcomes.

This is your identity.

Recall who you are

And where you originated.

Honor your uniqueness.

Nothing can strip that away from you,

So breathe deeply into it.

The Journey of Existence

My love,

Life is evolving

Into a greater source of joy

With your presence.

This dream, of which we are a part…

As the sun rises for us,

There exists a higher force,

And all memories

Carry an additional layer of significance…

I wish to alter nothing.

With courage in my heart,

I would relive it all

To find myself beside you again.
