The Dream of Being a YouTuber

As children, many of us aspired to become famous in various fields, whether as athletes, actors, or YouTubers. I, too, had dreams of all three but ultimately decided to pursue becoming a YouTuber.

My first channel was launched in middle school, whimsically named “Mr. Random.” It had no specific focus, filled with everything from Clash Royale gameplay to magic tricks and pranks. Back then, I was just experimenting, and it didn't take long before I lost interest.

During my sophomore year of high school, which was conducted online due to the pandemic, I found myself with a lot of free time. I immersed myself in coding, so much so that I created a new channel called “SohanPy,” dedicated to teaching Python programming. This venture led me to write on Medium and build a Discord community centered around Python enthusiasts.

However, when in-person schooling resumed in my junior year, my time for SohanPy dwindled, and eventually, I had to let it go.

Attempting to Revive My Dream

Although my earlier channels may have faded away, my dream of becoming a content creator remains alive. While I could resurrect SohanPy, I’ve realized my passion for programming has changed over the years. For the past eight months, I’ve been exploring what kind of content creator I truly want to be, and I believe I’ve found my direction.

Navigating an Existential Crisis

About five months ago, like many university students, I found myself grappling with an existential crisis. I pondered profound questions such as:

• What am I doing?
• Where am I headed?
• What is the meaning of life?
• What is my purpose?

During this reflective period, I developed an interest in religion, drawn in by content on YouTube Shorts. My quest for answers led me to explore various religious teachings, seeking to understand the creation of the universe and humanity. This exploration enriched my perspective on different values and beliefs, offering me valuable insights.

Reviving My Dream Through Ancient Wisdom

I have a strong passion for history, particularly ancient history, which is rich with knowledge and wisdom. I aim to share this with you, hoping it inspires your personal growth journey. Recently, I’ve been delving into the Bible, tweeting daily about the insights I gather. Currently, I’m exploring the Book of Job, which offers a compelling challenge to the conventional belief that only the righteous experience good fortune.
